This Washington Lease Agreement is entered into on this _____ day of _______________, 20____, by and between ___________________________ ("Landlord") and ___________________________ ("Tenant"). The property to be leased is located at ______________________________________________________________________ ("Premises"). This agreement is subject to the landlord-tenant laws of the state of Washington, specifically the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act of Washington (RCW 59.18).
In consideration of the mutual agreements herein, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, the Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant, and the Tenant agrees to take from the Landlord the Premises.
Lease Terms

- Notice: Any notice required or permitted under this lease shall be deemed sufficiently given or served if sent by United States Mail to the party entitled to such notice at the address provided at the outset of this Agreement, or at such other address as may be later specified in writing.
- Governing Law: This Lease shall be governed, construed, and interpreted by, through, and under the Laws of the State of Washington.
