This Land Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of ________ (the “Effective Date”), by and between ________ (the “Seller”), with a mailing address of ________, and ________ (the “Buyer”), with a mailing address of ________. The parties agree as follows:

1. Property: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to buy, the real property described as ________, along with all improvements thereon (the “Property”). The Property is located in the State of Washington.
