This Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this ____ day of ___________, 20____, by and between _________________________ (hereinafter "Party One") and _________________________ (hereinafter "Party Two"). Both parties are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, the Parties were lawfully married on ____________________, in ________________, Washington, but are currently living separate and apart;

WHEREAS, the Parties desire by this Agreement to settle all matters concerning their marital affairs, property, and financial obligations towards each other, pursuant to the domestic relations laws of the State of Washington;

WHEREAS, both Parties affirm their intention to dissolve their marriage under the terms of this Agreement and agree to live forever hereafter separate and apart;

WHEREAS, the Parties intend for this Agreement to be a final disposition regarding the division of all marital assets, liabilities, and other matters pertaining to their marital relationship.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed as follows:
